Fraser Coast Attractions is a small editorial site hosted on Netlify. We do not run accounts, a booking engine, or a marketing automation stack.
If you send a message
The contact form (when enabled on the host) and email to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com are used to reply to you. We do not sell that information. We keep correspondence as long as a correction or thread remains useful, then delete it in the ordinary way.
Hosting and analytics
Netlify and the content-delivery network collect ordinary server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) to operate the site and respond to abuse. If a privacy-respecting analytics tool is added later, it will be disclosed here. We do not need your location to tell you that K’gari requires a permit.
Cookies
The public site does not require an account cookie. The Keystatic admin, if used in development, is an editing tool and is noindexed.
Children
This is a general visitor guide. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Contact for privacy
Use the same email as the rest of the site. If you want a message erased, say so and we will erase what we still hold.
The fleet copyright and trademark disclaimer in the footer applies to every public page, including this one.
Forms and Netlify
The contact form, when detected by Netlify Forms, is processed by the host to deliver submissions. We use those submissions to reply. We do not append you to a newsletter because there is not one. A honeypot field exists to discourage bots. The static skeleton lives at /__forms.html for build-time detection.
Logs and security headers
Ordinary hosting logs exist. Security headers (Referrer-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, Permissions-Policy, X-Frame-Options) are set in netlify.toml. They are not a surveillance claim.
Third parties you might click
Outbound links to Queensland Parks, Parks Australia, UNESCO, Tourism and Events Queensland, and Visit Fraser Coast are their sites with their own policies. We link them because they own the facts.

How long we keep a correction
If you send a factual correction, we may keep the email until the page is updated and the thread is idle. Then we delete it in the ordinary way. We do not build a marketing profile. There is no account system to export.
If Netlify or a future analytics tool changes what is collected, this page will change. Until then, treat this as a small editorial site with a form and a footer.
What we do not collect
We do not need your date of birth, your barge booking number, or your children’s names to answer a planning question. Do not send them. If you paste a booking confirmation into the form by mistake, say so and we will delete it. This is a guide, not a travel agent.
Field notes on “analytics”
If a privacy-respecting analytics tool is added later, it will be named here before it is turned on. Until then, treat traffic as hosting logs plus whatever your browser sends to a CDN. We do not need a heatmap of the pier to tell you the pier is long.
Planning notes if you are worried anyway
Do not send passport scans, children’s full names, or booking PDFs. Send the URL that is wrong and the sentence that should replace it. That is enough for an editorial desk. If you used the form and want the submission deleted, say so in a second email. We will delete what we still hold.
Hosting logs are ordinary. Security headers are ordinary. There is no account export because there is no account.
